JOB SUMMARY:

Provides administrative services support for individual or staff as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Controls and delivers supplies to all associate’s as required.
  • File, copy, fax, sort/deliver mail.
  • Welcomes and greets visitors, clients and associates.

 EDUCATION:

High School diploma required.

EXPERIENCE:

No experience required.

 SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic communication skills in English

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to be tactful and professional.
  • Customer service focused. Ability to work under close supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work with a variety of associates.
