JOB SUMMARY:
Provides administrative services support for individual or staff as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Controls and delivers supplies to all associate’s as required.
- File, copy, fax, sort/deliver mail.
- Welcomes and greets visitors, clients and associates.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No experience required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic communication skills in English
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to be tactful and professional.
- Customer service focused. Ability to work under close supervision.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work with a variety of associates.
