Inside Sales Executive

Reports to: Inside Sales Manager

Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and nurturing a lead generation pipeline as well as initiating client relationships in targeted prospective companies. Experience is desired in appointment setting and driving new leads to the Sales team. Professional conversations, understanding our business and actively listening and responding with relevant information is critical to this role. This position relies on experience, customer service and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person could be the first impression a prospective client gets of the SITEL Group.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Guide sales and achieve Monthly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge on Solutions and Services.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong email and phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and Salesloft.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
