JOB SUMMARY:
Completes personnel file administration by maintaining control of employee information through data entry; maintains confidentiality of all HR and employee data; completes personnel file administration; and may provide support for a broad range of HR responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and document candidate communication.
- Input and update information in system.·
- Prepare candidate documentation package for hiring
- Coordinate with and support the HR Specialist in preparing contract documents and welcome orientation.
- Support in developing community activities and company events.
- Learn, adhere to and support all policies and procedures in a positive, professional manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs.
- Supports HRIS Administration and employment recordkeeping/files ensuring compliance, data integrity and information security, and may support general administrative duties.
- Supports management and all associates within the site.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- With regard to compliance, the incumbent: Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
EDUCATION:
- High School and College education required.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1-year experience in administrative roles, experience in HR administration is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
- Intermediate English communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable to change, and thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic working knowledge of general office equipment and administrative practices.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and employee relations.
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
