Completes personnel file administration by maintaining control of employee information through data entry; maintains confidentiality of all HR and employee data; completes personnel file administration; and may provide support for a broad range of HR responsibilities.


  • Maintain and document candidate communication.
  • Input and update information in system.·
  • Prepare candidate documentation package for hiring
  • Coordinate with and support the HR Specialist in preparing contract documents and welcome orientation.
  • Support in developing community activities and company events.
  • Learn, adhere to and support all policies and procedures in a positive, professional manner.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs.
  • Supports HRIS Administration and employment recordkeeping/files ensuring compliance, data integrity and information security, and may support general administrative duties.
  • Supports management and all associates within the site.
  • Perform all other duties as required.
  • With regard to compliance, the incumbent: Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.


  • High School and College education required.


  • At least 1-year experience in administrative roles, experience in HR administration is preferred.


  • Intermediate English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable to change, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic working knowledge of general office equipment and administrative practices.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and employee relations.
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
