Requirements for the role:

  • Advanced English Level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in account management, business-to-business support or equivalent preferred
  • Proven track record of success by exceeding sales or customer satisfaction goals.
  • Monday to Friday Schedules – 8am / 5pm.

Not a requirement but indeed a plus:

  • Able to provide a fun and enjoyable experience to customers
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency at all times while providing a great customer service experience
  • Fast thinker
